We are incredibly grateful for the amazing woman helping bring our baby into our lives, and we’re choosing to honor her privacy as we walk this chapter. What do you think… brother or sister? Freddie Freeman Wants To Retire In Dodger Blue
Freddie Freeman entered the league with the Atlanta Braves, battling through 12 seasons until a trade flipped him to the Dodgers. He’s pocketed two rings in L.A. and vows to retire there.
His best moment with the team was when he demolished a grand slam off Nestor Cortes in the 2024 World Series—a fitting end for the first baseman in Dodger blue.
“I love being here. I’m from Southern California. I’ve had a great time with fans. You guys treat me great. I’m going to prepare to play 162 games, and then when that day comes or the night comes where they say, ‘We’re going to give you tomorrow off,’ I will fight that battle and most likely lose,” Freeman said.
The Dodgers are looking forward to winning their third-straight World Series title.
